An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. sixs6s reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable licensing standards. All bets placed on sixs6s — including PSL and cricket betting markets, live in-play wagers, casino game bets, slot wagers, and instant game stakes — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. The outcome of all sporting events and casino games is determined by the relevant governing body, certified Random Number Generator (RNG), or live dealer outcome as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, sixs6s's decision, following internal review, shall be final and binding. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, sixs6s reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and restore account balances to their correct state. No player shall have a valid claim to winnings arising from a manifest system error.

sixs6s will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or as necessary to provide the sixs6s service (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate PKR transactions).
sixs6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination for breach, sixs6s reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals pending investigation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which sixs6s operates. sixs6s makes no representation that the sixs6s platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
